What's The Benefit Of Running Every Night




Running is same as swimming, is the most comprehensive exercise. But do not exercise excessively 

Running at Night has several advantages,
1.Do not have another change of clothing and washed again.
2. After exercise you will have a sweet sleeping
 
From sports medicine perspective, running at night is  more scientific. Once you master a good exercise intensity,  but also people will sleep better

Running shoes need to frequently change!
